Descrierea postului:
- Coordoneaza si verifica respectarea procedurilor pentru intretinerea si repararea vehiculelor;
- Tine evidenta reparatiilor si intretinerilor efectuate;
- Se asigura ca toata documentatia si sculele speciale sunt in buna conditie;
- Se asigura ca factura sa contina toate piesele utilizate si manopera aferenta.

Cerinte:
- limba engleza nivel mediu - scris, citit;
- studii de calificare Studii superioare tehnice;
- experienta pe un post similar: minim 3 ani;
- cunostinte avansate operare PC;
- permis categorie B, C.

Requirements:
Education and/or Experience
-   Qualified in mechanical engineering
-   Qualifications should include Mathematics and Physics
-   Good written and spoken English

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
-   knowledge of road transport legislation and commercial vehicle operations
-   knowledge of Scania product range and specification recommendations, and alignment with applications and operating conditions within own market
-   effective negotiation and influencing skills at all levels.
-   knowledge of the Scania product and heavy truck and/or bus industry.
-   understanding of competitors product offer in order to define and validate Scania sales arguments
-   good interpersonal skills
-   ability to build and manage key relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
-   ability to identify opportunities for the Scania product
-   ability to take initiative and work under pressure
-   time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
-   ability to work as part of a team
-   general computer skills
-   current heavy vehicle license
-   presentation skills

Responsibilities:
- work with sales personnel to provide product, technical and type approval  knowledge in support of sales activities;
- update the CESOW program from the product point of view;
- align Scania vehicle specifications with current applicable Type Approval requirements, understand how to handle deviations and provide relevant details to ensure supporting systems and material is up to date;
- evaluate new Scania product introductions, providing technical and legislative input to local market introduction decisions and activities;
- provide technical and legislative input to marketing opportunities and sales campaigns;
- advise transport engineering solutions to the dealer network, customers and bodybuilders;
- provide technical support and assistance to salesmen, customers and bodybuilders;
- develop relationships with bodybuilders, both engineering and commercial, to ensure Scania is at the forefront in terms of quality and availability;
- provide technical support to sales teams in customer negotiation;
- identify and define technical solutions and requirements to the non-standard Scania specification;
- oversee preparations of press vehicles and accompany journalists on press activities;
- issue the technical/type approval documents in support of homologation issue;
- provide and manage the type homologation projects.
